Privacy policy

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, and a description of the decision you want to improve. We use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage that relationship.

How the form works

Form submissions are sent to hello@palmer28.com by email through Resend, an email delivery service that handles them on our behalf. Resend’s own privacy policy covers its handling of that data.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few site events, such as a form being sent. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and collects no personal information.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain our relationship with you.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
